What we collect

When you send a message or request a home value report, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, property address and any notes. This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Like any web page, it loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, prepare the report you asked for, and follow up about your request. It's kept in our customer management system, where the Kershner & Kunze Team and the people who help us run the business can see it.

Text messages

We only text you if you check the box agreeing to it. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Sharing

We don't sell your information. We share it only when it's needed for your request, for example with our brokerage, Keller Williams Realty Group, or when the law requires it. If you ask for a cash offer, we share your property details with Smart Choice Home Buyers, which Bobby Kershner and Mark Kunze own.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the information you've given us, or to stop hearing from us, call or text Bobby at (610) 608-4878 or Mark at (610) 329-2313, or call the office at (610) 569-9416.
